More Power! Forget it, if you are still using the stock camshaft. By using a cam with more valve lift you immediately gain more horsepower. Cylinders are re-bored to match new pistons which are available in different compression ratios to suit different camshafts profiles. From a simple bolt in cam to replacing your stock cylinder heads we can accommodate all of you motoring requirements. Remember, unless your motor can breathe, it will never produce the power it should be capable of. 883/1200 Conversions Put the sport back into your Sportster with the most cost efficient modification an 883 owner can do. With a two day turn around you can be riding your sportster with more than a 50% increase in rear wheel horse power. Cylinders are re-bored between Torque Plates or in our workshop to match your new pistons. For even more effective performance, cylinder heads can be modified to accept larger valves. Add a set of camshafts, better carburetor, improved exhaust and ignition, then you will have a Harley that deserves to be call a Sportster. Complete Engine Rebuilds. If you engine is tired or suffering from excessive mileage, we can rebuild your V-Twin to give you the performance & reliability you need. Valves, guides & seats are replaced to ensure perfect seating. Cylinders are re-bored to match new pistons which are available in different compression ratios to suit different camshaft profiles.Main bearing races are replaced and honed using the best tooling available. Flywheels are rebuilt using the finest shafts available with either new rods or new bushes fitted & honed to the finest tolerances. All work is carried out in-house to the highest standards by our experienced engineers. Stroker & Big Bore Motors. Up to 113" Monster Motors using the finest parts available. Even 80" motors using the correct camshaft & cylinder head combination you can expect 90+ rear wheel horse power. All motors are carefully built in our own workshops by our experienced engineers.
